I just discovered Lindsey Stirling this year (like, three days ago) and I'm enchanted.
When her version of "Deck the Halls" popped up on Pandora, I promptly bought her album Snow Waltz.
I went prowling on YouTube to see what I might find, and came across this lovely bit of animation.
I like it, now I'll have to check her out, Thanks :)
ReplyDeleteShe literally took a couple of my least fave holiday songs and made them beautiful. :-D
DeleteWow! Thank you so much for this, Josh. A pure delight!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad to share the discovery of her with you!
DeleteThat's REALLY cool! Awesome animation AND music!
ReplyDeleteWasn't that a cool find!?
DeleteOne of my favorites of hers is "Who Wants to Live Forever" with the Canadian Tenors. Fabulous.
ReplyDeleteNow I have to look that up!
DeleteShe's amazing! I love this video, too. Not Christmas, more fairy tale. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b50Gb3bPNI8
ReplyDeleteOh! That's wonderful!
DeleteI discovered her many moons ago when I first started listening to The Piano Guys, from the "you might also like....." list. I love strings.
ReplyDeleteCheck out the videos. I know one of them features Derek Hough.
I'll do that!
