  4. #6, then 9, then 1... and yes, the photos changed when I came back to the webpage... :)

  5. It's a problem with blogger. It looked fine in all the previews, but there's no way of really testing until everything goes live.

  6. #12 (i voted on the page that is not there anymore) the blackboard one with the stick figure chalk drawing

  7. I guess it also depends on the mood of the story, #2 for darker, #5 for playful

  10. Bunny!!!

Oh wait, I'm supposed to be voting :)

In all seriousness, #5 (or #3) keeps drawing my eye.

  11. I like several, but #8 is my favorite.

  12. #5 then #8 everyone did an amazing job!

  13. #3 is visually catchy, but the model is a very specific guy and would have to match your MC. Not exactly Kinder doodles... maybe the MC's?

If you go with #12, the flash mark under the "K" needs to go. And perhaps the image elements need a touch more contrast?

  14. I'm not sure if it's at all right for the story (maybe not?), but #4 is gorgeous. That one absolutely draws my attention. It's beautiful and striking.

  15. I think #1, #2 or #6, not sure in what order.

  16. 4, 6, 8 (My, aren't I succinct today?)

  17. Wow, this is really difficult. I would definitely buy a book with number 4 cover... It is kind of sweet. But I also like number 12 a lot. So first option number 4, second best number 12

  19. Dear Josh,

For "Everything I Know" my choice is #10.
It has a positive vibe (light and colourful) and the young man on the cover looks confident, sensitive, intelligent and defiant. Just like one of your characters. :-)

    Yours,
    Jürgen

  20. I like 3, 7 or 10. Can't wait for the story.

  21. Hey Josh, I voted yesterday but this one wasn't here. I really like #6 and #1 is also visually appealing, but I think 6 is my favorite in this bunch. I have to admit I'm a little confused by all the comments about #11, 12 and 14 because I'm only seeing 10 submissions for this one.

  22. Just wanted to repeat my vote from before the old post had to be deleted... ;-)
I like #3 (and #5, but the red a bit more than the blue in this context). I like the doodles on paper and the teacher-guy. I think wrote something about him still being young and there's a lot still to learn (for all that he knows).

  23. #6 might perhaps be too somber for the emotional content of the story?, but I love it

    1. I'd like to add I also like #4, except the guy looks a bit too young?

  24. #1 -- I probably would not buy that book. Too-cute children make my teeth ache.

    #2 -- looks gloomy

#3 -- not bad, but title and author aren't very clear

#4 -- looks a bit like "I seduced my high school student"

    #5 -- better colors than #3

    #6 -- looks like a sad story

#7 -- so far, I vote for this one. It's clear, it conveys the idea of being a teacher, title and author are prominent, it's got a handsome guy without being trashy

#8 -- more hijinks in the classroom

#9 -- pretty colors, but it doesn't tell me anything about the story

#10 -- eh. He looks grim.

I'll give you a final vote after I look on the other page of pics.

    1. Okay --

      #10, #11, #13 -- roughly all the same. Ehh.

#12 -- Very cute, and not run-of-the-mill. OTOH, it doesn't tell me that it's a romance.

#14 -- Visually appealing, and who doesn't like bunnies?

      Overall, I'd have to go with either #7 or #12 . 7 tells me it's a romance, 12 doesn't. 12 is more original. Can I split my vote? ;-)

  26. I am in love with #6, it's so well done and grabbed my attention right away. I want to read the story that goes with this cover.

  27. I'm confused. Is voting still open?? I see a lot of comments regarding #s 12 and 14, but I only see 10 covers. :/
