Day 20!!! 

How can we already be on Day 20?

F-F-Five days until Christmas?! 

Well, yesterday was supposed to be a coda-writing day, but it did not go to plan. Which is par for the course. ;-D Which means today we have another holiday cocktail. This is called Blue Christmas (aka Blue Heaven?). 

Typically, winter cocktails don't feature pineapple juice. In fact, I was hoping to find a great espresso martini recipe, but it turns out, I don't have one! If you have a great espresso martini recipe, feel free to share! 

Blue Christmas 

Ingredients

2 oz. light rum

1 oz. blue curacao

1/2 oz. Amaretto

 4 oz. pineapple juice

splash of fresh lime juice 

Directions

Rim a short rocks glass with lemon juice and sugar. Add ingredients to cocktail shaker. Shake it like you mean it. Pour over ice. 

Optional: skip the sugar rim and float a Wilton white candy snowflake on top OR sprinkle a couple of white and blue snowflake candy crystals
