No, don't talk to the hand. Talk to me. I'm blogging over at Queer Romance blog today.
If you're somehow not aware of this month-long conversation and celebration of Queer Romance, you're missing out on some genuinely insightful posts -- and a whole lot of interesting discussion from a variety of writers. Some of the posts have been thought-provoking, some have been entertaining, and some will break your heart.
So what are you waiting for?
I looked for you there but I didn't find you, I'll look again later. Thanks for the link, I've loved reading the blogs so far and shall go back and read more later too. As a lesbian who enjoys m/m fiction, f/f fiction and het fiction with romance as a bonus to all of them, it's wonderful to see so many writers talking about their diverse points of view and experiences under the queer romance umbrella.
ReplyDeleteMy bad. I thought they'd have the posts up earlier. Now I probably won't remember to check back! ;-)
DeleteYes, the variety and scope of posts have been wonderful.
Been looking forward to your addition to this wonderful mix of essays all month, Josh. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, Susan! The posts have been really impressive in all their infinite variety. ;-)

ReplyDeleteMorning,
ReplyDeleteI read your blog and it was Beautiful!!
Since my day job deals with the horror's of that man who shot his wife and himself, I really appreciated the little help in shifting my perspective a bit.
Not to say I hadn't already had coping methods in place, it's just to say that you added a bit of a shimmer to them.
And here I thought you were just there to make the days lighter with your writing You really are an amazing person.
Thank you, Nora. That must indeed be a difficult job. When you're confronted daily with how awful people can be, it's not easy to remember they can also be heroic. But I do believe -- have seen it demonstrated many times -- that love can last a lifetime.
DeleteAishen, the websites are thought provoking, I appreciate the links. I tend to think way left of the norm. when I first saw the hand I thought mb it had something to do with ASL hah.
ReplyDeleteWho knows, maybe it does! :-D
