    Those prizes are awesome, count me in! I have wondered before Josh, why not sell t-shirts over at cafepress or wherever?
    Book covers, team Adrien, team Jake etc...would be great advertising too...

      We do -- or we did -- I was just never really sure how to promote and market that. I do want to do something like that moving forward. Maybe get readers involved with creating art, etc.

    Hi, Josh, I was surprised to see the Audible Dangerous Ground series being published in four books. I thought since you didn't publish it till it's finished, it should be in one audible book... A shame I have to use my one and only Credit somewhere else. :p But then your titles are now in the first seven places of Audible bestselling g&l fictions - that certainly is something. ;-)

    I love the narration of Mr Bisson (that's a French name, isn't it? Just a wild guess, of course). Even your new book carries his voice now, amazing. I'm so happy to see the new book is ready on Amazon now, though I dare not buy it yet. (Promised myself to finish certain work before indulging myself, or the work will never be finished.)

    We don't have thanksgiving here, but happy belated thanksgiving to you!

      Hi Savanna. For reasons known only to themselves, Audible is withholding the collection and has only released the individual titles (although they're all the same files). I'm very sorry about it, but this is strictly an audible thing. The collection was completed first.

    Forgot to say this - the timing for the audible and the new book is perfect. I just finished listening to all the four audibles, and Kick Start is on shelf. You are a genius in marketing. :D
