It was a little unsettling to read at 1:00am after a late night tango party. I suppose because as others mentioned, we've all experienced or feared similar situations — when someone makes up their mind about something and there's no room to argue it. We invest and hold so many emotions and expectations in the holidays, and any tragedies or losses that happen near or on those days are imprinted on future holidays. Brilliantly pulled off.Karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05811351474495837208noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1411894864312049426.post-17757599529172574292014-12-14T12:24:47.756-08:002014-12-14T12:24:47.756-08:00Oh wow, it's like there's this pain in my ...Oh wow, it's like there's this pain in my heart and then oomph... such relief.
Touching story as always, Mr. Lanyon. This coda has been wonderfully angsty and truly moving, Walter is such a complex and even difficult yet somehow fragile and insecure character and Carey is such a sweetheart and it made my heart wrench to feel their sadness, pain and fear. And then when they finally talked it out I was filled with joy and happiness about their quiet and heartfelt happy ending!
Thank you so much for this wonderful coda!!
ClaudiaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1411894864312049426.post-49435993553449368992014-12-14T08:52:41.359-08:002014-12-14T08:52:41.359-08:00That made me teary eyed.
