I don't know if it is compatible with your writing style, but it would make it possible for you to "write" while slowly walking around the room. When you first mentioned it on GR weeks back, I recommended seeing a chiropractor; if it continues, I still do. Having dealt with this condition I know the agony, and wish you a fast and full recovery. Glad to see Marlowe is doing his bit to keep you active. :)<br /><br />As for the book delay, you are so not a "crank out a book" type. Take the time you need, and release when you and the story are truly ready.
